How does a search work?
A readable process, documented at each stage, with no promise of results.
- 1
Submission of the file
You complete a short questionnaire describing your situation: periods concerned, platforms possibly used, elements still in your possession. No sensitive wallet data is requested.
- 2
Review of information
An analyst reads your file and assesses whether the elements transmitted are sufficiently usable to initiate more in-depth research.
- 3
Additional requests
If necessary, we will come back to you to specify a date, a public address, an old identifier or a document. Each request is justified.
- 4
Analysis
We study the available elements: known public addresses, transaction references, provided histories, old platform accounts. The analysis combines technical tools and human labor.
- 5
Verification
Any identified element is cross-checked. An unverified item remains classified as a “potential asset” and is never presented as belonging to you.
- 6
Communication of results
You receive a clear conclusion: either no exploitable elements have been identified, or potential elements have been noted and the necessary checks are described.
- 7
Additional steps
When an asset can truly be confirmed and recovery is possible, the next steps, stakeholders and financial conditions are presented to you before any commitment.
Potential active is not confirmed active
This difference conditions the entire rest of the journey. We never go around it.
Potential asset
An item has been identified based on the information available, but nothing has yet established that it belongs to you or that it is recoverable. Additional checks are necessary.
Active confirmed
The verifications are conclusive and documented. Only this status allows you to consider the following steps, which are then presented to you in detail.
No step in the process assumes access to your funds. We do not carry out any transactions on a wallet.
Your private key stays private.
We will never ask you for your recovery phrase, seed phrase or private keys.
Start with some information
Our questionnaire helps determine whether your situation may warrant a more in-depth analysis.
