Find a forgotten crypto platform in old emails

Search your own email archives for registrations, deposits and withdrawals. Distinguish account activity from advertising before assuming any crypto balance.

Search in the archives you are permitted to consult

The goal is to identify a forgotten platform from your own messages, not access the third-party box. Start with the email addresses you used in the period concerned. Include archived folders and exports already available. If you no longer have access to a box, follow its official recovery procedure instead of entrusting the identifiers to an intermediary.

Use of multiple family terms

Search for registration, identity verification, deposit, purchase and withdrawal confirmations. Messages may be in English or another language. A business name may also have changed. Note the shipping domain and dates, but independently check the current site: the address displayed in an old message is not a guarantee against usurpation.

Distinguish an open account from a commercial campaign

An isolated newsletter does not demonstrate that an account contains funds. A nominative receipt and a matching deposit confirmation are a more accurate track. Then look for withdrawals and closures. For example, three welcome messages can relate to three subscriptions without any purchase, while a single receipt can document a real transaction. Counting emails doesn’t count assets.

Create an approximation page

For each recognized service, indicate the email used, first and last activity dates, public references and missing access. Keep single-use codes and login links out of the transmitted parts. If you have downloaded an archive, keep its date and origin. This sheet avoids taking over the entire box and allows you to focus your search on useful events.
